I am not a licensed physician or healing arts practitioner. I am a practitioner of Neurofeedback, Auditory Training, and Ayurveda. These treatments are alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state of California and are not licensed by the state. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Under Sections 2053.5 and 2053.6 of California’s Business and Professions Code, I can offer you these services, subject to the requirements and restrictions included in the SB-577 information sheet.

Before I work with you, I will ask you to sign a disclosure form, which is required by the State of California.
